Optiverse Astro provides online astrology consultation services by connecting users with verified astrologers, tarot readers, numerologists, Vastu experts, palmists, and other spiritual advisors through Chat, Voice Call, and Video Call.

We also offer astrology-related services including Kundli, Horoscope, Panchang, Numerology, Kundli Matching, Daily Horoscope, Birth Chart Analysis, and other spiritual guidance tools.

2. Nature of Astrology Services

Astrology is a belief-based guidance service. All consultations, predictions, remedies, and opinions are provided solely by the respective astrologer. Optiverse Astro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any prediction or consultation and shall not be liable for any decisions taken by users based on such advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use paid services on Optiverse Astro. By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Wallet, Payments & Billing

Paid consultations are charged according to the per-minute rate displayed on the astrologer's profile and are deducted directly from your Optiverse Astro wallet.

• Users must maintain sufficient wallet balance before starting a consultation.
• Wallet deductions occur automatically during active consultation sessions.
• Consultations may end automatically if the wallet balance becomes insufficient.
• Wallet recharges are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Astrologer Registration

Astrologers registering on Optiverse Astro must provide accurate profile information and supporting documents wherever required. Optiverse Astro reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any astrologer profile that violates our policies or applicable laws.

6. User Responsibilities

While using Optiverse Astro, you agree not to:

• Use abusive, offensive, threatening, or inappropriate language.
• Harass astrologers, support staff, or other users.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.
• Misuse wallet credits, referral bonuses, promotional offers, or payment systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on Optiverse Astro, including logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, designs, images, videos, and branding materials, is owned by or licensed to Optiverse Astro and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Optiverse Astro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from astrology consultations, user decisions, payment gateway failures, internet interruptions, technical issues, or reliance placed upon any guidance provided by astrologers.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Optiverse Astro reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in fraud, abuse, policy violations, chargebacks, suspicious activity, or misuse of the platform without prior notice.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Optiverse Astro after such updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Optiverse Astro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
